Mattress forming and packaging equipment
Feirong uses an automated mattress assembly line, which has an intelligent control system, which can accurately combine latex layers, spring layers, filling layers and other components, and ensure that each layer of the mattress is tightly fit and not easy to shift through precise stitching technology. This greatly improves the production efficiency and ensures the quality stability of the mattress at the same time. In addition, the company has also introduced advanced mattress packaging equipment and vacuum compression roll packaging technology, which makes the mattress occupy less space during transportation and storage, and can effectively protect the mattress from damage. At the same time, the packaging equipment can also cover the surface of the mattress with a special protective film to prevent the erosion of dust and stains, ensuring that the mattress received by the consumer is always in new condition.
